NO EXPERIENCE? NO PROBLEM.

You don't need previous martial arts experience or special physical preparation to start Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. You also don't need to “get in shape” before your first class.

Training gradually develops strength, mobility, coordination and endurance. Your instructor explains and demonstrates each exercise. You do what you can at your current level.

If something feels too difficult, you can skip it. If you need a break, take one and let your instructor know.

Kids from age 4

LEARN. MOVE. PLAY.

Kids train in age-appropriate groups. Classes combine Jiu-Jitsu skills with exercises that develop coordination, strength, mobility and confidence.

No previous experience is required.

Safety

TRAIN WITH CONTROL

Like any physical activity and combat sport, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu involves a risk of injury. BJJ is built around controlled training and a simple rule: you can stop at any time.

During sparring, tapping your partner — physically or verbally — immediately stops the action. Beginners are introduced to training progressively, with instructors controlling the complexity and intensity of the class.

Health: by participating, the student — or their parent/legal guardian — confirms that they are not aware of a medical condition or restriction that would prevent participation. Tell the instructor about injuries or physical limitations before class.
